To create an account for a customer, first create the company to which his or her account will be assigned:

  1. Navigate to 'Customers', then 'Companies'
  2. Click the 'Create' button
  3. Enter the company's main information, select its status, and configure the ordering settings
  4. Click the 'Save' button

If applicable, in the 'Additional details' tab, enter the addresses of your company's customers' buyers so that your customers can choose direct delivery to their buyers when placing an order. As a result, all order and delivery data containing your customers' and his buyers' information will be generated automatically.

You can also add a 'Price rule' priority by selecting one of a kind priorities. Price rule priorities allow you to specify which price rules to use, allowing you to enter special price rules for product categories by utilising order options such as price or quantity. After you've created the company record, you can always edit, add more information or delete it:

  1. Go to 'Companies'
  2. Click on the company you want to edit
  3. Edit the information, add or remove additional details, and then click the 'Save' or 'Delete' button to completely remove the company

Bulk actions

Swepio allows you to edit multiple records at once. Follow the steps:

  1. Go to 'Companies'
  2. Tick the checkboxes next to the records you want to manage in the list
  3. Select the appropriate action button:
    • Unblock
    • Block
    • Delete
  4. Confirm your action
