To begin using your webshop, simply log in with your account email and password. The webshop staff user will be connected to the webshop and content management system automatically (CMS). You will see your webshop in the same way that a customer would, but there will be some significant differences. First and foremost, you will notice prime costs near all of your products but not customer prices. To see the customers prices, go to:
- Next to the search box, click the 'Login with username' button
- Select one of your customers in the newly opened page by typing his or her name into the user search bar and then selecting his or her company. You can also create a new customer if necessary by using the option on the right
- You can now see customer prices and even assist customers in placing orders (read more: Placing orders on behalf of customers)
- Examine the information provided by the company and make any necessary changes
- Select the 'Save and sign in' option
