Swepio allows you to create various pages and categories for your webshop. Follow these steps to create a new page:
Go to 'Settings' and then 'Pages'
Click the 'Create' button
Fill in the title and slug for your new page
Select a template and the state of the page
Click the 'Save' button
Design your page in the new window that appears by adding text, media, tables, or other information and saving it
You can also create a subcategory in the Catalog area. To make it:
Go to 'Settings', Navigation' and then 'Catalog'
Click '+' on a category line
In a new pop-up window, type the name of a new menu item
Select one of the pages or categories, or use the search bar to locate the required record
Click the 'Add' button
After you've finished creating your new page, you'll need to make it visible in your e-shop by following these simple steps:
Go to 'Settings' page and then 'Navigation'
Click on the area where you want your page to be displayed*
Click '+ Add new menu item'
In a new window that appears, type the name of your new page
Select 'Pages' and locate your newly created page
Click 'Add' and then 'Save'
NOTE: If you need to make a new catalogue category visible in your webshop, please follow the same steps as above. Subcategories appear automatically; no additional actions are required.
*There are four areas where a customer can be shown pages or categories:
Main – a section beneath the search tool, above the main banner.
Catalog – a product catalogue that can be found above the shop logo.
