To enable your customers to return their orders, you must first enable the 'Product returns' page in your webshop (read this article to learn how). Then you or your customers should take the following simple steps to make a return:

  1. Go to 'Product returns' page
  2. Fill in the returnable order number
  3. Select an available return method (Delivery to seller return point, Delivery by seller's courier, or Delivery by customer's courier)
  4. Enter the number of packages
  5. Enter the phone number of the contact person
  6. Click the 'Create' and then 'Confirm' buttons

After the customer confirms the return, the webshop staff will be notified via email.
