The outbound pickings tool will assist your storekeeper in processing all orders and preparing them for shipping. When you are ready to send ordered products to your customer, follow these steps to get the most out of Swepio when handling orders:

  1. Navigate to 'Warehouse' then to 'Outbound pickings'
  2. Click on the number of outbound picking you need to ship
  3. Check the location of products and locate them physically in your warehouse.
  4. Click 'Start picking'
  5. Enter the quantity of products
  6. Click 'Confirm' for each product
  7. After you've confirmed all of the products, click 'Confirm picking'
  8. When all of the products have been packed, click the 'Confirm packing' button

After completing the preceding steps, warehouse personnel can send packed products for delivery. Swepio has a priority setting option that webshop staff can set and edit to make work easier and improve customer service by delivering products on time. There are five options for priorities: lowest, lowest, normal, high, and highest.

Outbound picking has several statuses that change depending on where you are in the process of processing all orders and preparing them for shipping:

  • Reserved - a customer placed an order, and Swepio is reserving the product(s) for this order because the customer's credit limit was exceeded. This type of order is automatically marked as 'Awaiting due to debt.'
  • Ready for pickup - the status of orders has been changed to 'Ready for fulfilment'.
  • In progress - indicates that the staff has begun to work with order. To begin work, select a staff user from the CMS staff option or open the warehouse app's outbound picking feature.
  • Packing - indicates that products have been selected for packing. To confirm, click the picking confirmation button on the outbound packing page or in the warehouse app.
  • Processed - the order has been packed and shipped from a warehouse. To confirm this status, go to the outbound picking page or warehouse app and select 'Confirm packing'.
  • Canceled - indicates that a staff user has cancelled the outbound picking
