Swepio provides a simple order return process for your customers. Please follow the steps below to set up the Product return page in your webshop to help you process all returns:

  1. Go to 'Settings' in your Swepio admin
  2. Click on 'Navigation' under the 'Pages and design' tab
  3. Click the name of the area to which you want to upload the 'Product returns' page
  4. Click the '+ Add new menu' item button
  5. Locate and select the 'Product returns' page using a search bar
  6. Select the 'Add' option
  7. Save the updates

Buyers can currently create an unlimited number of returns for the same product. i.e. If I bought 100 pcs. goods and I have already created one return for 100 pcs., I can go to the web shop again and create another return for 100 pcs. Staff users should check whether the goods have not already been returned and whether the return deadline has not yet arrived.

After you have set up the Returns page on your online shop, your customer must complete the following steps to complete the return process:

  1. Fill in the returnable order number
  2. Select a return method (Delivery to seller return point, Delivery by seller's courier, or Delivery by customer's courier)
  3. Enter the number of packages
  4. Enter the phone number of the contact person
  5. Click "Create" and then "Confirm"

After the customer confirms the return, the webshop staff will be notified via email.

On return orders, emails are sent to companies main assigned person.
